John (“Jack”) D. Callahan, Jr.

President, Managing Partner

Jack joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association in 1985 and currently serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. In this role, his tenacity, decisiveness, and visionary nature help him guide the firm’s overall strategy and day-to-day operations, including firm policy decisions, strategic planning, human resources and marketing. Jack specializes in serving clients in the not-for-profit and construction industries, as well as small, family-owned businesses.

John J. Daigneault

Treasurer, Partner

John joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association in 1988 and was admitted to the firm’s partner group in 2000. As Treasurer of the firm, he manages the firm’s finances and internal accounting. John is also the partner-in-charge of the Wolfeboro office and manages technology related matters within the office.

Paula J. Daley DePlanche

Vice President, Partner

Paula joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association in 1988 and was admitted to partnership in 2005. Beyond her role as partner, she also serves as one of the Vice-Presidents of the firm. Paula specializes in performing financial reporting for closely-held businesses and not-for-profit organizations, as well as tax preparation services for closely-held businesses, not-for-profit organizations and individuals. She also maintains expertise with employee benefit plan audits.

Eugene F. Leone, Jr.

Vice President, Partner

Gene is a founding partner of Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association, joining the firm in 1974. He is well-known throughout the firm, and by his clients, for his creative work on tax and estate planning issues. He has also achieved extensive success and creativity in the areas of tax audits, business sales and purchases, succession planning, and business and retirement planning.

Thomas W. Roberts

Vice President, Partner

Tom joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association in 1987 and currently works in the firm’s Wolfeboro and North Conway offices. In his role as partner-in-charge of the North Conway office, he guides the office’s day-to-day operations, working toward the overall growth and sustainability of the firm in the community.

In his current role as partner, Evan specializes in audit engagements for a variety of clients, including manufacturers, not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans. In addition, Evan provides a variety of taxation and accounting services to individuals and businesses, ranging from closely-held entities to consolidated multi-state companies.

Dave joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association in 2002 and was invited to become a partner in 2008. He specializes in serving closely-held businesses and primarily works with those in the manufacturing, distribution, construction and personal support services industries. Dave is also heavily involved with the not-for-profit sector.

Peter R. Ventura

Principal

Peter has been a member of the Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association team since 2003. In his current role as Principal, he is responsible for multiple pension, 401(k) and 403(b) plan audits. Peter is also responsible for audits of many of the firm’s manufacturing clients. He is recognized within the firm as an expert with regard to employee benefit plan audits.

Shauna I. Brown

Manager

Shauna joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association in 2006. In her role as manager, her practice is primarily dedicated to providing audit and review services for closely-held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Shauna works with a wide range of clients, which include, but are not limited to manufacturers, distributors, not-for-profits and HUD organizations. She also has experience in taxation. Prior to joining the firm, Shauna worked at a Massachusetts CPA firm for three years.

Manager

Sharon currently serves as a manager in the firm’s Stratham, New Hampshire office and maintains direct client contact for estate and trust services, tax engagements, attestation work and support for small businesses. Beyond her client responsibilities, she is actively involved with training and managing the office’s staff.

Manager

In her role as manager, Tavia oversees work performed by the firm’s staff level employees, such as audits, reviews, compilations and tax preparation. In her own client responsibilities, she specializes in accounting systems analysis and consulting.

Manager

Joe currently works out of the firm’s Stratham, New Hampshire office, where he is responsible for managing client relationships and staff. He also oversees client development.

Kristen Bournival

Supervisor

Kristen joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association in 2007. As a supervisor at the firm’s Dover office location, she specializes in audits of small business and nonprofits, as well as employee benefit plans. She is also responsible for providing tax services for both businesses and individuals. In addition to her client responsibilities, Kristen is a part of the firm’s marketing committee.
