We are continually growing, and are looking to hire in both our North Conway and Wolfeboro, New Hampshire offices.
We offer services such as Auditing, Accounting, Compilation and Review, Tax and Compliance, Business Consulting and Business Valuations, Estate Planning and Compliance, Retirement Planning and Investment Advisory Services and Personal Financial Planning.
A Staff Accountant, under supervision, will be responsible for tax return preparation, performing assigned segments of audit or accounting engagements, in some instances assuming substantial responsibility with supervision for small accounting engagements involving compiled or reviewed financial statements and tax returns. Staff will become active in client engagement and development. Our Firm requires that all our staff stay up-to-date on Firm policies, procedures, and the AICPA and state CPA society’s rules, regulations and Code of Conduct. Staff is to regularly read and be familiar with pronouncements from the AICPA and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Staff is encouraged to sit for and pass the CPA examination, if eligible.
Four-year degree required. Two to three years’ experience in public accounting desired, and CPA preferred or CPA candidate. We offer a competitive salary and great benefits.
Receptionist/Front Office Assistant – Dover
We are seeking an experienced, friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented part-time front office person to join our team. Basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones; greeting clients and vendors; file maintenance; incoming and outgoing mail; photocopying; scanning; maintaining document logs; ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies; and collating tax returns and financial statements.
Candidate must be team-oriented, have a willingness to work hard, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Our firm also uses various CCH inter-related software programs which candidate will become familiar with.

Bookkeeper – Wolfeboro
We are seeking an organized, outgoing, and detail-oriented, full-time bookkeeper to join our team in our Wolfeboro, New Hampshire office. Basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to, account reconciliation, accounts payable, payroll processing and miscellaneous office administrative duties.
Candidate must be team-oriented, hard-working, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. QuickBooks experience a must. Knowledge of some additional software applications a plus, such as MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Our firm also uses various CCH inter-related software programs which candidate will become familiar with.
